See a very difficult two-story addition with a rooftop deck. Access was the main challenge. Everything, to include lumber, windows, concrete, block and dirt (in buckets), had to enter or exit through the very narrow opening on the left (first picture in gallery). This 27" doorway is the entrance to a 25-foot corridor to the front street. This beautiful addition features tile on the first floor and a rooftop deck that can be entered from the third floor.
