This is before, during and after of one finished basement job. We completely gutted the basement, re-wired, re-piped, jacked up the center beam and re-supported with concrete pier-footings and LVL beams, tore out and replaced the steps (without a landing), closed in a doorway to the side driveway, cut two foundation windows down to the floor and made them doorways, added a cedar-lined closet and a beautiful, full bath featuring 18” tiles and granite countertops. We installed recessed lighting on dimmers and soundproofed the basement so that the owner could play those loud drums.
