This series of pictures displays an extensive, authentic historic renovation of a property in Charles Village, Baltimore, MD, before, during and after. We removed 60% of the rear of the property from the third floor down to the basement. We rebuilt the property with modern wood framing, insulation, drywall, HVAC, plumbing and electric. We refurbished original windows with weights and rollers. The house also features original door and window hardware, and plumbing fixtures, throughout.
